How Do I prepare Enfamil Lipil with iron the powder?
It doesn’t say anything about if to use boiling water or not also do I use filtered water or is tap water fine?
I simply used cold tap water and warmed it in the bottle, either in the microwave (make sure you shake it up to distribute the heat) or in a cup of hot water.
Or you could use an electric bottle warmer.
You really shouldn’t use warm water from the tap because you don’t know how long that water has been sitting in the hot water heater. Warmed cold water is best.
I never boiled the water or used nursery water, but we have really good water.
If you are uncertain of the water in your area, just boil it for at least a minute, then cool. Keep a container in your refrigerator and just refill it every day or so.
